Black Swan Cygnus atratus

Native to Australia, this species is popular in wildfowl collections and escaped birds are frequently found in the wild. A few breed, though until 2010 I'd not heard of any breeding in Norfolk. A pair produced 3 cygnets in the Yare Valley in April 2010.
