In Norfolk this scarce form is much more likely to be encountered among the flocks of wintering Pink-footed Goose than with Eurasian White-fronted Geese. Adults can be individually identified by their unique belly markings allowing careful observers to ascertain exactly how many individuals are wintering in the county.
